Quality of Experience reports added to Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard

A good resource for driving improvements your Skype for Business Online (soon Server with SfBS 2019) and Microsoft Teams session quality, Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard recently added new Quality of Experience reports. Thanks to my friend Aaron Steele for the heads up.

The following reports are available:

      • TCP Usage
    • 2-Party
    • PSTN Calling
    • Meeting rooms
    • Daily
      • Conference
      • 2-Party
    • Weekly
      • Conference
      • 2-Party
  • Audio Reliability

    • Meeting rooms
    • Conference Reliability – Daily
    • Conference Reliability – Weekly

To see the reports on your tenant, simply head to tom.qa/CQD (short url redirect to https://cqd.lync.com/spd/). Then click Quality of Experience Reports

I recommend you check these CQD reports out, there is a lot of value in them. If you are interested in further into your session quality performance and usage, Modality Systems (full disclosure, I work at Modality and on this product) has a Diagnostics product that takes all this data into PowerBI and allows you to drill down from region to site to subnet to the individual user.
